Retail Purchases

Dear Customer,

If you have a state seller's permit, we strongly encourage you to open a Trade Account by filling out the trade account application.  This will enable you to make purchases from our website without sales tax being added to your order.  

If you do not have a seller's permit for the state in which you do business, we can still place the order for you. This will be considered a retail purchase.  Please follow the steps below to place a retail order.

• Have your list of fabrics ready.
• Contact us for a quote at 800-590-2390.
• You can place the order right then or click here to download an order form you can use to send in your order later.
• If you opt for sending in your order later, please email to: orders@winchesterfabrics.com

NOTE: For all retail purchases, we are required to add sales tax to your order.
